Users of the app can easily switch between list view and map view, and have the option to filter services that are currently open using the side menu. Detailed information such as contact details, transit directions, and schedules for each service can be accessed by clicking on the respective service. A flag button on the home screen allows users to connect with the app administrator or service provider when needed. Users can also demonstrate their appreciation by clicking on the kudos button for services they find valuable or mark services as favorites by clicking on the star icon for future reference.
For organizations interested in listing their services or updating shelter availability information, they can sign up in the app to add or manage their services.
